Film Offenbarung des Regisseurs Gabriele Mainetti und Gewinner von sieben David di Donatello. Enzo Ceccotti kommt in Kontakt mit einer radioaktiven Substanz und entdeckt nach einem Unfall, dass er übermenschliche Kräfte hat. Der scheue und introvertierte Enzo sieht seine neue Gabe als willkommene Unterstützung seiner Karriere als Kleinkrimineller. Doch alles kommt anders, als er Alessia trifft, die davon überzeugt ist, dass mit Enzo der Held aus dem Anime-Trickfilm „Kotetsu Jeeg” vor ihr steht.

Enzo Ceccotti entra in contatto con una sostanza radioattiva e dopo un incidente scopre di avere un forza sovraumana. Ombroso ed introverso, Enzo accoglie il dono dei nuovi poteri come una benedizione per la sua carriera di delinquente. Tutto cambia quando incontra Alessia, convinta che lui sia l'eroe del famoso cartone animato giapponese Jeeg Robot d'acciaio.

Film awarded with seven David di Donatello prizes. Enzo Ceccotti comes into contact with a radioactive substance and, after an accident, discovers he has a superhuman power. Skittish and introverted, Enzo greets his new powers as a blessing for his career as a criminal. The situation completely changes when he meets Alessia, who is convinced that he is the hero of the famous Japanese cartoon Steel Jeeg.
