The opening of a market-oriented area will be one of the main novelties of the 2015 edition of the Italian Film Festival Berlin.
The festival will host the Italian Film Boutique in collaboration with the Roma Lazio Film Commission.
During the festival and in the days preceding its start, private screenings of some of the films in programme (and others that are not on the schedule) will be organised for German distributors, in which the directors, actors and producers hosted by the IFF can take part. For an entire weekend the Babylon cinema will represent a meeting point for professionals in this field, as well as an opportunity to promote Italian cinema in Germany.
Roma Lazio Film Commission presents Italian Film Boutique Berlin Edition, the platform aiming at launching new Italian films on the market and fostering the “Italian touch” in the international film market offering a selected showcase of top Italian productions to buyers, distributors, network managers and sales managers from all over the world.
Italian Film Boutique, organized in collaboration with Ass.For.SEO, will take place during the next Italian Film Festival Berlin from 2 to 4 October 2015.
Furthermore, the Italian Film Festival Berlin will be a valuable instrument for promoting the activities and products of Italian and German companies that intend to penetrate or strengthen their position on the German market.
In addition to the visibility guaranteed by the instruments used for external promotion, the IFF Lounge will allow the festival partners to sponsor themselves directly in dedicated areas of the Babylon cinema during the event.

L'ITALIAN FILM BOUTIQUE E LA PROMOZIONE DEL CINEMA ITALIANO IN GERMANIA
Una delle maggiori novità dell'edizione 2015 dell'IFF Berlin sarà l'apertura di uno spazio dedicato al mercato.
Grazie alla collaborazione con la Roma Lazio Film Commission il festival sarà sede dell'Italian Film Boutique.
Nei giorni precedenti l'inizio della manifestazione e durante la stessa, saranno organizzate delle proiezioni private di alcuni dei titoli del programma (e non) per i distributori tedeschi alle quali potranno partecipare i registi, gli attori, i produttori ospiti dell'IFF.
Il cinema Babylon sarà, inoltre, per un intero week end un punto d'incontro per addetti ai lavori e per la promozione del cinema italiano in Germania.
L’Italian Film Festival Berlin, inoltre, rappresenterà un valido strumento per promuovere le proprie attività e prodotti, per aziende italiane e tedesche già presenti in Germania (nell’ottica di rafforzare la loro posizione) o che hanno intenzione di approcciare un nuovo mercato.
Oltre alla visibilità garantita dagli strumenti utilizzati per la promozione esterna, infatti, l'allestimento dell'IFF Lounge consentirà ai partner del festival di promuoversi direttamente negli spazi del cinema Babylon nel corso dell’evento.
